To ensure that your package is delivered in the time frames advertised, please make sure that your shipping address has no errors and is 100% correct. We do not take responsibility for lost or misplaced packages due to entering the address incorrectly.
Shipment processing time
Shipping times may vary depending on if we have the items in stock or if we have to contact our manufactures. It takes 2-5 business days to get the apparel printed if we don't have it in stock and 3-4 days for our customers to receive their product within the Continental U.S.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
We offer first class, priority, and Free Shipping (orders over $60). It takes 3-4 business days to receive your packages after your order has been fulfilled.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Yes, we do ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Again, we can't emphasize enough the importance of having the correct information and format entered when it comes to shipping. ALWAYS ensure the shipping address is correct so that your package may be delivered in the time addressed above in the shipping process time section.

Shipment order tracking
All orders delivered within the United States by USPS have full tracking available! All tracking numbers can be found in the shipping notification emails you will receive as well as on your profile dashboard. Damages
Time to Shift Clothing is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or email us directly at sales@ttsnmag.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
