Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Time to Shift Clothing. 

With Time to Shift Clothing, our customer's experience and satisfaction is our top priority. 

If you are unsatisfied with you purchase, we're here to help.

Email: sales@ttsnmag.com with your order number and reason for return to receive further instructions for return. If an item was defective or damaged during shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship the item back using the carrier of their choice. 

* If you believe that your package was damaged during shipping, we ask that you notify us within 3 days of delivery and we will work with you to have the issue resolved. 

Returns 

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items that are exempt from being returned include the following: 

- Sale, clearance, and/or final sale items

 

Additional non-returnable items:

- Gift cards  

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

 

Refunds (if applicable) 

Ensuring that our customers are 100% satisfied with their product is our top priority. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Credit card refund times vary by merchant and bank, with some taking a few days and others taking a few months.

Once you receive notification that your refund has been issued by us, check with your bank or merchant if you have not received your refund credit after a few days. 

 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@ttsnmag.com and we'll be sure to address the discrepancy expeditiously. 

 

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale, clearance and final sale items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded. 

 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@ttsnmag.com

Shipping 

 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
